Important Dates:

Abstract Open:  1st December 2023

Abstract Submission Deadline: 15th March 2024 at 5pm GMT

Notification of Acceptance: April 19th 2024

Early Bird Registration Deadline: April 22nd 2024 at 11pm GMT

Submission Guidelines:

Word Limit: Abstracts should be no more than 350 words in length. Please ensure your abstract is concise and informative.

Structure: Your abstract should include a title, introduction, methods, results, and conclusion. Additionally, keywords can be provided to help classify your submission.

Authors: Please list all authors and their affiliations. The presenting author should be indicated.

Review Process:

All abstracts will undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by our expert committee. Submissions will be evaluated based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the biochemistry of exercise field.

Presentation Formats:

Accepted abstracts will be presented in various formats, including oral presentations and poster presentations. Please indicate your preferred presentation format during the submission process.

Prizes:

There will be poster and oral presentation awards supported by our sponsors The Physiological Society and The Amercian Journal of Physiology – Cell Physiology. Please indicate with your submission if you would like to enter the prize competitions.
